Archivist Notes: The latest entry into the Ashtar Command archives for March has a bit of a back story. I had been trying a new type of astral projection of partially waking up but staying asleep enough to get out of my body. That morning had been the first successful attempt so I headed to the base feeling fairly solid. It was at that point I went to my other bond mate Alana where we conceived our first child. It would turn out that child would be named Miranda after the reincarnation of Kiri and Karra's mother who the child would happened to be. So it was a very important day and sets the tone for the conversations that would take place with most of the speakers. The first would be with our ring mistress Tia who was helping me with a drawing of her in her hunting colors. It was something almost religious from her home planet she still did to keep up her skills and honor her upbringing. We use much of the remaining time to discuss that trip up to the base and how to improve on future trips. Karra is the next speaker and she uses the rest of the tape to go over a healing on Carrie coming soon where I would be doing a lot of the work. Karra had already gone through previously to do an energy transfusion on her to flush out any bad energy and now it was time to work on her shoulders. Those who have heard our previous healing sessions with Carrie may remember that we have a crystal scalpel for tricky jobs and healing crystals to channel energy. This was another of those types of sessions and now I was getting an education on how to do what Karra did when healing Carrie. What I learn is how to focus the various beams of energy like the Death Star into a single beam through the scalpel that would heal instead of harm. This was still when her melanoma was being treated by doctors who would later be shocked when her cancer was healed after we had a major healing on her that involved over a hundred people from the base channeling their energy down here. That wouldn't be for another year and everything we were doing now was in preparation for that. We end things with Karra agreeing to help with an article in our next newsletter. Then we're onto side two.

Kiri starts off the rest of this shortened session with a critique of my latest skiing up on the mountain they have where I found their ski equipment is a bit more advanced than what I was used to. Luckily, Kiri offers to add in a slave unit so that my skis would turn when hers did. It would come in handy until I got better. One feature of their ski area was an almost vertical area of snow I had been calling the wall and it had been a challenge to get a couple runs in earlier. That brings up the mention of a friend of mine though who was a Wookie I had made acquaintances with recently where he had invited me to visit where he lived on the base in their compound. Kiri he was very impressed with the fact as it was a rare invitation not given to many. She warned me of the scale of things I would be surrounded by once I arrived. That's all we have time for and so Omal is the speaker after her. What we discuss is a class I had arranged where
I would  teach some local college students New Age topics. I get to bounce some ideas off of him on how to prepare for the class and topics I hadn't of thought of yet. The first section was to be on past life regressions and one of the past lives we use as an example is General Patton. A side note to this conversation was that we met the reincarnation of General Patton in the form of a later speaker Lyka who was in the Sirian Defense Force. This was 1993 and no one had heard of Lyka at this point as she was still in school and wouldn't channel to our group until a couple years later. An interesting coincidence. We also discuss the benevolent dictators throughout history because of a role in politics Omal hints may be in the future for someone like Patton. Little did we know he would be a she and she would rise in the ranks quickly. The last person of the night to speak was Alana where we compare notes on the morning's events. One benefit to being more solid that morning was that I got to see details of Dolphin Lake including the area that held some smaller dolphins compared to others that were kept separate from their smaller cousins. We end things with a review of what happened that morning before Tia comes back to wrap things up for the last couple minutes. This is a great addition to the Ashtar Command archives that we would have to say is a lot of fun. It gets a little racy but also very informative.

In love, light, and wisdom as one,
Russ and Karra

SIDE 1

1.)(0:00)- Tia and I discuss an astral travel trip of mine that morning where I had been more solid than usual. The hunts she does as a member of a race of beings with a feline genetic base is another topic.
2.)(10:28)- A pregnant Karra explains the draining of chakras before giving a lesson on using them in a healing of a friend of ours named Carrie. She also agrees to help with the next newsletter to be created.

SIDE 2

1.)(0:00)- Kiri works with me on some skiing tips for the advanced type of skis they use there on a recent trip to the slopes on the base. She is impressed I got an invite to visit a Wookie friend of mine nearby.
2.)(10:21)- Omal offers some advice about a class I was forming to study the New Age. That brings up past life regressions and examples in the past. A memory we think of is General Patton in the movie.
3.)(21:27)- Alana and I compare notes about the astral travel trip I made to her on the base that morning and about the dolphins on the base. An extra surprise we get is Alana speaking in dolphin at the end.

SIDE ONE

(Tia gets a shorted night off to a start)

Tia: is it switched on?

Russ: yep, it's running. How are you my dear?

(Tia gives a growl)

Russ: ahh, good to hear it, good to hear it. Thank you for all your help today.

(Russ starts laughing)

Russ: so, I'm going to give a shot at this today here, okay? And I'm not sure I can get the face paint down around the eyes and over the bridge of the nose and then hold my.....

Tia: wide, narrow and up. Of course my hair gets in the way of the little bit of up.

Russ: yeah.

Tia: don't forget the whiskers on the nose.

Russ: right. And the cheeks.

Tia: uh-huh, the cheeks. Don't forget the big, dark band that comes down like this as well.

Russ: and freckles.

Tia: yeah, they're meant to be whiskers.

Russ: oh, I get it, I get it. Okay.

Tia: I suppose you're going to put ears on me, are you?

Russ: no. I look forward to the artistic challenge of it.

Tia: uh-huh. What do you think of the hologram of me?

Russ: oh, I liked it a lot.

Tia: yeah.

Russ: I mean it was actually dramatic and action-packed......

Tia: uh-huh.

Russ: kind of suspense and tenseness all kind of frozen there.

Tia: yeah.

Russ: I like it. It was very primeval.

Tia: primeval? Don't you mean primordial?

Russ: well yeah.

Tia: okay, so, what do you want to know?

Russ: let's see, let's go over today.

Tia: okay.

Russ: okay. Now, the effect I got today was due to the sleep state.....

Tia: yeah.

Russ: and coming out of the sleep state out of a dream, and then making a conscious decision to instead of going back into the sleep state.....

Tia: uh-huh.

Russ: going to Hades Base.

Tia: that's right.

Russ: but it's not something I can do all the time kind of basis like I want to.

Tia: practice.

Russ: right.

Tia: sometimes you fall asleep, sometimes you don't.

Russ: is there a way to like be like you or Karra or somebody could say like, "hey...."

Tia: we can try.

Russ: "now it's time to get up, okay? You've got to come to Hades base now", see?

Tia: uh-huh. We can try that but there is something you can do.

Russ: what's that?

Tia: program your sleep, am I dreaming?

Russ: I keep trying that but I need that's the closest I've come to it so far from doing that.

Tia: uh-huh.

Russ: what I can do now is just......

Tia: did I get you?

Russ: I've got to vacuum all this up you understand? Unless you want to come down here and vacuum it for us?

Tia: no......

Russ: which we wouldn't mind mind you.

Tia: I'll come down, I'll come down.

Russ: okay, good. We'll have the vacuum ready.

Tia: I won't need a vacuum. Just use my PK to scoop it up.

Russ: ahhhhh. That was a cute PK trick too by the way.

Tia: thank you.

Russ: a PK demonstration. And your kids are the most cutest little things I have ever seen in my life, especially Minerva's cat trick.

Tia: uh-huh, thought you'd like that.

Russ: and Athena with her little mental broadcasting.

Tia: yeah. "the mind's so quiet".

Russ: very quiet.

Tia: uh-huh.

Russ: but that was like I went in and saw my kids with Karra.....

Tia: yeah.

Russ: and one of mine was real, real quiet, the thinker. The other one is the talker.

Tia: uh-huh.

Russ: okay, now, what I'm trying to do then I suppose......

Tia: uh-huh.

Russ: is put myself in more of a coma-like state.

Tia: yeah.

Russ: now, because what I'm trying to get is there's certain point of sleep.........

Tia: uh-huh, yeah.

Russ: hard to get to but the trick is to get the dream state going......

Tia: yeah.

Russ: and then be able to pull out of the dream state and head up there.

Tia: yeah.

Russ: okay, now how do I get that more deeper than it was today once I get up there?

Tia: concentrate the energy. Concentrate it to a central focal point.

Russ: okay, was it like really going out fast or something?

Tia: yeah, you were bleeding. That's why you couldn't sustain it though.

Russ: okay, so I was bleeding.

Tia: uh-huh.

Russ: today's going to be a real quick session.

Tia: do you think Carrie would like my getting ready to pounce? I didn't mean to harass her that much.

Russ: oh, she enjoyed that. She got a lot of laughs out of that.

Tia: uh-huh.

Russ: I could tell she was enjoying herself.

Tia: yeah. "Ahh, you don't actually kill things, do you?" I've only ever killed two deer. I suppose you would call them deer, the rebar.

Russ: yeah.

Tia: uh-huh. I've only ever killed two myself.

Russ: yeah, but that's still something she wasn't expecting.

Tia: no, she thought I was all fun and .....

Russ: peaceloving and.......

Tia: not a ferocious.

Russ: kind and gentle.....

Tia: but I am.

Russ: yeah, of course you are, you're a mother.

Tia: uh-huh, all mothers are.

Russ: yeah. Even mothers to lions are.

Tia: yeah.

Russ:
lions are very loving toward their young, their cubs till they go on the hunt.

Tia: yeah, the hunt.

Russ: so you're cutting back, are you?

Tia: well, I've got things to do. It was getting to be a little bit of a distraction.

Russ: hmmm.

Tia: uh-huh.

Russ: I see.

Tia: yeah.

Russ: okay.

Tia: it takes about an hour to put on all the body paint. Make sure everything is covered, apart from that little bit behind my back, about there.

Russ: yeah, that's true.

Tia: yeah.

Russ: quite a workout.

Tia: uh-huh.

Russ: anyway......

Tia: it's hard when it's only one person.

Russ: that's true. Well I'm little surprised about the size of Hades Base. Distance is certainly a little more relative once you've actually seen things.

Tia: yeah.

Russ: like the dolphin area.

Tia: yeah, it's bigger than you thought it was, wasn't it?

Russ: by a longshot. I didn't know there was a changing room to the dolphin pool, I didn't know there was a tunnel leading to the Wookie compound.

Tia: always has been as far as I can remember.

Russ: not as far as I've ever been there.

Tia: uh-huh.

Russ: always just farsighted right through the walls.

Tia: cheat, cheat.

Russ: oh well.

Tia: that's what were going to call you, Mr. cheat.

Russ: cheat.

Tia: yeah.

Russ: well that wouldn't be fair because if I don't cheat......now if I could help it?

Tia: if you could help it, that's right. It's not a one-off, it's going to happen again.

Russ: I know, I know.

Tia: it's going to happen again.

Russ: well I was sure trying to push a lot of stuff into that one session though.

Tia: uh-huh. Maybe a little bit too much. That's possibly why you were bleeding.

Russ: well yeah, because I was in such a hurry, you know?

Tia: never hurry anything.

Russ: having to impregnate Alana, had to go see the dolphin pool......

Tia: oh yeah.

Russ: and go skiing and I mean I was trying to shove everything in. I mean I could have spent that entire time on one of those things and have a very enjoyable time. As it was it was, it was a bit of a rush.

Tia: yeah. It surprised Alana though.

Russ: did it?

Tia: yeah, nice surprise for her.

Russ: she wasn't expecting that I'll bet.

Tia: no.

Russ: but neither was Carr.....or Karra either but you walked in......"Tia...."

Tia: uh-huh.

Russ: "you are short".

Tia: I'm tall for my species.

Russ: I know.

Tia: I'm almost a head taller than everybody else.

Russ: okay love, that's all I've got for now.

Tia: oh, party pooper. Is that the end of the session?

Russ: no, we've got how many more people up there left?

Tia: well, we've got Karra......

Russ: yeah.

Tia: we've got Alana.

Russ: great.

Tia: she came down.

Bus: good.

Tia: you almost put her to sleep, you know?

Russ: did I?

Tia: uh-huh.

Russ: good.

Tia: yeah. Who else have we got? We've got Omal.

Russ: oh.

Tia: and Kiri.

Russ: good, that's all the ones I have questions for.

Tia: okay.

Russ: great. I'll be seeing you more and more as we go through this.

Tia: all right. What's so funny?

Russ: well, I'm trying to think of a good word to describe you. The lioness?

(Tia says something in Durondedunn)

Tia: talking of which, is there one around?

Russ: no, but we sure have a strange cat hanging out at our back door now looking for you. Mark thinks it's because you're doing your cat impersonations.

(Tia says something else in Durondedunn)

Russ: strange female cat in town.

Tia: you think I may be giving off a scent?

Russ: yeah, I think it's sound.

Tia: oh. I wonder if I give up any scents? I wonder.

Russ: it would have to be pretty tough because it's Mark's body you are working through.

Tia: yeah, true. Perhaps it's the sexual vibes.

Russ: yeah, the pheromones are getting kicked out.

Tia: uh-huh.

Russ: could be a female cat coming to the door for all I know. See you in a while love.

Tia: okay.

(Karra uses up the rest of the side for some healing training)

Karra: greetings Beanpole.

Russ: hello my love.

Karra: that's so you won't confuse him.

Russ: I won't call you Omal any more.

Karra: okay, good.

Russ: my pregnant one.

Karra: uh-huh. Now you see how pregnant I am.

Russ: you are very pregnant.

Karra: yes.

Russ: it's a lovely belly.

Karra: oh, thank you.

Russ: and our kids are definitely going to be some awesome kids.

Karra: uh-huh. We've got about ten weeks or so.

Russ: they want out.

Karra: yes, but being a male of the species, wait until they get to sixteen and they'll want in all the time. Spend nine months of their life trying to get out and rest trying to get back in.

Russ: that's about it.

Karra: uh-huh.

Russ: well....

Karra: you males, you're all the same.

Russ: I can understand the motivation.

Karra: well......

Russ: I'm glad I can finally look you in the eyes and see you. What the heck was that?

Karra: you have a front door that's open.

Russ: we do?

Karra: I think so.

Russ: okay, it's that strange cat and Joey.

Karra: oh, at the window?

Russ: yeah, it's a faceoff.

Karra: ooohhhhhh, who's going to win?

Russ: there's a window between them, I doubt anybody but Joey's the one that keeps trying. The other one's just sitting there looking in. It knows it can't get in and know they can't get out.

Karra: okay.

Russ: Carrie's feeling better.

Karra: of course she is. I'm feeling better too.

Russ: that's good. Yeah, Mark wanted to know how come you got the way you did there?

Karra: well, have you ever been really pumped up with energy?

Russ: just this morning.

Karra: I mean not that type of energy, a different type.

Russ: oh.

Karra: a type of adrenaline high?

Russ: well, yeah.

Karra: when you feel all lightheaded and woozy and everything's funny?

Russ: yeah.

Karra: you see, the chakra energies are very pure. You start at the crown chakra, it's a very pure and very light and it's like wine almost. It's a light wine that's high in alcohol content.

Russ: oh, I see. No problems with it, it's a pure light.

Karra: yeah. And the the brow chakra is just as high in alcohol content but it's a little heavier until you go all the way down to the root chakra and that's very coarse and heavy and extremely high.

Russ: ohhhh.

Karra: that's the one that really got me going is when I drained a base chakra.

Russ: okay. Yeah, that was pretty fun though........

Karra: uh-huh.

Russ: I've never seen you quite that way before.

Karra: if you had come up right after, when I was just leaving, well it was kind of........I was helped.

Russ: oh.

Karra: yeah, Tia kind of drained a lot of energy off of me.

Russ: that's good.

Karra: uh-huh, and then she did what I couldn't do because of the equipment.

Russ: ahh.

Karra: and that was she fired it off.

Russ: oh, I see.

Karra: uh-huh. She levitated herself, right? She flew all the way there as it were.

Russ: got a question for you.......

Karra: uh-huh.

Russ: how can I use that same energy down here, not with working with anybody else but working by myself.

Karra: you mean.....

Russ: like say going through that tape.....

Karra: yeah.

Russ: and getting that method, do I just like drain the energy off by just sending it out?

Karra: yeah, just find somewhere to focus it, somewhere that isn't going to hit anything. Now, hold onto it, go outside and then look up into the sky and see a clear patch and make sure there's no aircraft, no satellites, nothing and then fire it.

Russ: oh, okay.

Karra: just put your arms out and go shheeee and then wash your hands.

Russ: oh, okay.

Karra: that's why we have the water available.

Russ: why is that, why do you wash your hands?

Karra: well first of all, it makes my hands nice and clean.

Russ: okay.

Karra: and secondly, it's a symbolic process of washing away any bad energy.

Russ: oh, so it's not like a grounding kind of thing?

Karra: could say a little bit, yeah, but it washes away that negative energy.

Russ: oh, I see.

Karra: uh-huh, because you've got to be very careful. I should've done it at the end as well but I was little bit intoxicated. Thank you for taking care of the elixirs because I was getting very flaky at that point.

Russ: yes, I noticed that.

Karra: uh-huh. How much did you give her?

Russ: oh, I gave her half a glass of each.

Karra: half a glass of each.

Russ: kind of a cocktail.

Karra: ahh, okay.

Russ: I mixed them up.....

Karra: uh-huh.

Russ: and she tossed them back.

Karra: greetings.

Russ: well, it's the scaredy one.

Karra: with the inflated tail?

Russ: not that one.

Karra: oh. Okay, let us continue.

Russ: all right. Now.......okay, so are we going to be going into further sessions with her?

Karra: yes we will, we will. When she's ready because I don't want to hurry anything. Maybe a week from the next session? Give her a two week break?

Russ: so set it for that Tuesday?

Karra: uh-huh. That is if it is satisfactory with her.

Russ: right, I'll ask her if she wants to plan for that.

Karra: okay. Now, all's we'll need for that one is clean water and freshly charged crystals. Don't worry about cleaning them because they're fine.

Russ: okay, so in other words, keep them in the pyramid?

Karra: yeah, just keep them in the pyramid and keep them nice and charged.

Russ: okay. So what would you say this was? Session for preparation then?

Karra: yes. This is kind of prepping for surgery type thing.

Russ: oh I see.

Karra: and then we'll start working on her shoulders, okay?

Russ: okay.

Karra: uh-huh, yeah. But you're going to help with that because what I did was washing out all the excess crap.

Russ: oh, is that what that was?

Karra: yes.

Russ: I thought that might have been when you were trying to spread it or something?

Karra: well, it was a wash, a bath to wash out anything.

Russ: oh, I see.

Karra: depending how effective it is, depends on how much more we have to do. If it wasn't very effective, we have to repeat the process.

Russ: okay.

Karra: and we will amp it up and instead of having a crystal between her knees, we will put it closer up to here.

Russ: oh, I see, working on her root chakra.

Karra: yeah.

Russ: all right.

Karra: uh-huh because you've got to pull it out you see.

Russ: oh, I see. So instead of pointing towards her knee, it'll be pointing up the other way.

Karra: yeah.

Russ: okay.

Karra: uh-huh. And what we will do is we will work on, if it's still bad, instead of just doing the crown, the heart, and the root chakra, we'll do probably the crown, the throat....

Russ: the third eye?

Karra: no, not yet. But if......depending on what's happening. Now let me think of a quick...........okay, this is the way when you do it....

Russ: uh-huh.

Karra: I'll sit on the sidelines and guide you, Okay? We will work on the shoulders but we will also get you to semi-sedate her, okay? And what we'll do is we'll get you to take her to an almost a regression state, okay? Where she's nice and relaxed and switching off the switches and making her arms feel real heavy and don't go into the light path because that will give her energy. Take her so that she feels nice and heavy.

Russ: just don't get lighter?

Karra: no. And then you'll use the scalpel crystal and you will ask her to direct to each individual part of the cancer.

Russ: oh I see.

Karra: uh-huh.

Russ: she only knows it's in one place.

Karra: well, we will work in an area.

Russ: oh I see.

Karra: okay. Now then, we're going to get you to do some practice with the laser scalpel.

Russ: all right.

Karra: all right?

Russ: work on Mark's knee?

Karra: no, we're not gonna work on Mark's knee, we're not gonna work on anything because the energy that you'll have needs to be very, very strong and potent. You need to master how to handle it.

Russ: okay, so just practice on nothing.

Karra: yeah. Just find a piece of paper and practice on that.

Russ: okay. So I can draw a picture of it, where it needs to be on the person.

Karra: that's right.

Russ: I can do that.

Karra: okay, now how you focus the energy, right?

Russ: right.

Karra: is visualizing. Close your eyes and you visualize four beams of light coming from the handle and converging on the tip of the scalpel to a very, very fine beam. And then you visualize a red beam.........it's got to be red, it can't be white collar can't be blue, and it can't be green, it's got to be red. Visualize it and then visualize following it down so that you see the whole, entire crystal with the red beams converging on the tip and then about an inch coming out and that beam hitting the area of where the cancer is. Okay?

Russ: so the four beams of red to one beam coming out one inch from the tip.

Karra: that's right.

Russ: okay.

Karra: comes out totally out from the tip and then one inch away is how far you want to be away. That's about that far?

Russ: uh-huh.

Karra: so if you're working here, right? That's how far you want to be away, an inch. And then you do a sweeping motion, right? And you do it in an inch square or depending on the size of the melanoma.

Russ: okay.

Karra: okay? So what we need you to do is to find out exactly how big it is.

Russ: I'll pull off the bandage.

Karra: but be careful pulling off the bandage. Is it one that she put on or is it one that her physician put on?

Russ: her physician put it on but she has pulled it off and showed it to me.

Karra: okay.

Russ: so by then it will probably be off anyway.

Karra: uh-huh. He's already had a go at it I see.

Russ: yeah. He took off a bit of a lump.

Karra: yeah, and did a biopsy.

Right: right.

Karra: okay, and did they find out if it was malignant or benign?

Russ: I don't know.

Karra: fine. Because if it's benign, then we can hunt down other ones and terminate them. If it's malignant, then we're going to have to try and change the plan slightly and we will work on her chakras.........no, we will proceed as if it is malignant.

Russ: okay.

Karra: okay? Now, what we will do after we've worked on that area, right? Or you've worked on that area, is we will then drain her crown chakra, we will drain her throat chakra and her heart chakra.

Russ: okay.

Karra: okay? And then her root chakra. Instead of pulling the energy down through her feet, we want you to drain the energy off from where the root chakra is. But don't get any ideas.

Russ: not likely.

Karra: I know you and you're welcome to chase any young ladies you want down there on earth.

(Russ laughs)

Russ: but Carrie is off limits for a moral sense.

Karra: yes.

Russ: I would not ever, she's more like my sister to me.

Karra: uh-huh and a good friend.

Russ: a great friend. Okay, I'll start practicing on imagining the wound on this first.

Karra: uh-huh, yeah, okay. Because we're going to be doing very high energy usage.

Russ: okay.

Karra: and I'm, instead of trying to boost your ego, I'm going to be very teachy.

Russ: good.

Karra: that means if I'm disappointed or if you're not progressing as well, I will tell you. I apologize in advance for being a grumpy.......

Russ: oh, I look forward to it. It's the only way I can learn.

Karra: you may not like me when I become a teacher like that.

Russ: ohh, teacher or not, you know that.

Karra: well, you may not love the teacher side of me. Because I can be a hard taskmaster.........mistress,
very hard.

Russ: that's the way I learn.

Karra: uh-huh.

Russ: okay.

Karra: if I get impatient, it's not because of you, it's because of my teaching skills.

Russ: well I'm about to become a teacher myself so.......

Karra: oh goody. Perhaps we can sit down and swap notes.

Russ: great, I look forward to it. I won't be quite as hard taskmaster as you my dear task mistress.

Karra: uh-huh.

Russ: thank you for assisting in the newsletter department.

Karra: oh, you're welcome.

Russ: yeah, I like the new format a lot better.

Karra: uh-huh, yeah. The old format was little bit amateurish.

Russ: yeah, and it was too specific on one area.

Karra: yeah.

Russ: this will allow it to branch out into more areas.

Karra: uh-huh.

Russ: and then various articles....

Karra: uh-huh.

Russ: of course will come in to your help in the way you buy crystals and stuff.

Karra: okay.

Russ: or stuff that we've done with elixirs and things.

Karra: uh-huh. Well, okay, well I'm going to hand over to the next person unless of course you got some more questions for me.

Russ: okay, that's all I got.

Karra: okay.

Russ: thank you my darling.

Karra: uh-huh.

Russ: had a great time.

Karra: and we will again.

(Tia makes a quick transition between speakers)

Tia: okay, I'll put on the next person.

Russ: okay Tia.

SIDE TWO

(Kiri picks things up now from the changeover)

Russ: hi Kiri.

Kiri: moi?

Russ: you are the most coercive, seductive, crazy person I've ever met in my entire existence.

Kiri: you only saw a slight shadow of my capabilities.

Russ: my God. But the ski slope experience.

Kiri: uh-huh. I like your name for it, the wall.

Russ: the wall it is.

Kiri: uh-huh.

Russ: I'm just going, "you're crazy". That was insane. I can't believe you guys do that for fun.

Kiri: it is fun. Mark gets a little bit chicken sometimes.

Russ: scared me all to heck.

Kiri: uh-huh.

Russ: but the second time was a lot easier.

Kiri: yeah. Mark seems to be a better skier up here than he is down there, which is kind of amusing.

Russ: well I have to admit, I'm a little bit klutzyer when I got up little bit more solidity here on my feet I'll tell you.

Kiri: uh-huh. Yeah, but that's why we stayed out of the trees.

Russ: well that's good, thank you.

Kiri: besides, Karra would've hung me up by my nipples.

Russ: that's true, it would've hurt actually today.

Kiri: yeah, it would've.

Russ: but now I wanted to get figured out a little bit on these skis.

Kiri: uh-huh.

Russ: okay, now when I'm pressing down the toes to get the blade set in and stuff.....

Kiri: yes?

Russ: how is it that they are able to hit that back and still get that front moving at the same time on that wall part where I'm trying to make a turn but I'm going vertically straight down at the same time?

Kiri: uh-huh.

Russ: it almost stopped me.

Kiri: yeah, that's because you applied a little bit too much.

Russ: oh.

Kiri: uh-huh.

Russ: how do I keep that from happening?

Kiri: just press tightly. What you doing, if I get it right, is that you're going like this.

Russ: right.

Kiri: it's not, it's like this.....

Russ: oh.

Kiri: you're going like that. It's not.

Russ: just a little bit.

Kiri: yeah. The more pressure you put, the more they come out.

Russ: I think fear and adrenaline had had a lot to do with that.

Kiri: yeah, going screech, like that, yeah.

Russ: I'm like, "ahhhhhhhh". Digging my toes into the slope practically.

Kiri: tell you what.....

Russ: hmm?

Kiri: we'll put a slave unit on those.

Russ: oh, okay.

Kiri: yeah, which means when I do mine, if we're skiing parallel.....

Russ: right.

Kiri: right? When I do mine, yours will work.

Russ: okay. What is it, like radio control?

Kiri: uh-huh, yeah.

Russ: oh.

Kiri: but you've got to turn exactly when I turn. So what I'll do is I'll tell you or I'll coerce you.

Russ: that's even better.

Kiri: I'll coerce you to turn.

Russ: okay. That's good. I was afraid I was going to die this morning.

Kiri: you know you can't die up here.

Russ: oh, I know.

Kiri: I got you feline, huh? Do you purr? Why do you smell of rosemary? Huh?

Russ: wouldn't be because you've got a rosemary going across your nose, would it?

Kiri: could be.

Russ: could be?

(Kiri starts to hum)

Russ: okay.

Kiri: okay, you got any questions for me buddy boy?

Russ: well love.........

Kiri: I got a question for you.

Russ: fire away.

Kiri: what are you doing in the spring?

Russ: the spring?

Kiri: uh-huh.

Russ: trying to get more solid.

Kiri: okay, you want to go for a roll in the hay?

Russ: sure, that would be pretty fun.

Kiri: uh-huh. I'll make you realize what you're missing.

Russ: won't need any coercion for it though.

Kiri: make you realize I'm better than big sis. You better be careful, Alana might run off and tell.

Russ: I was just surprised how much you look like Karra.

Kiri: do I?

Russ: uh-huh.

Kiri: as much as you look like your brother.

Russ: yeah, well that's what I mean. There are some very similarities there that surprised me. I mean your tallness for one thing.

Kiri: yeah, but I'm not pregnant.

Russ: no, that's true, you're not pregnant.

Kiri: not yet.

Russ: but I mean yeah, you definitely look like sisters which I've never noticed before.

Kiri: uh-huh, and I'm slightly smaller in the chest than she is.

Russ: yeah, a little bit.

Kiri: uh-huh. I wonder why Tia did that, you know?

Russ: umm, it's something to do with hunting colors I think.

Kiri: ahhh. I might try that with her one day.

Russ: hunting?

Kiri: yeah.

Russ: hmm, could be fun.

Kiri: uh-huh. Oh. That's one way to get my attention I suppose.

Russ: okay.

Kiri: okay, you got questions for me?

Russ: yeah, for skiing now.....

Kiri: uh-huh.

Russ: am I going to be looking at then on the concentration, what am I going to be focusing on here?

Kiri: my....

Russ: you of course will be slaved in....

Kiri: uh-huh.

Russ: but I mean, when we're not slaved in, is it like......?

Kiri: "look where you're going"..

Russ: watch the slope.

Kiri: yeah.

Russ: okay.

Kiri: watch the slope and you can look down at your skis to make sure that they don't cross.

Russ: right.

Kiri: what else? Let me see. Feel your toes. Don't push things so hard.

Russ: oh, I see.

Kiri: uh-huh.

Russ: so you have more attention to......

Kiri: yeah.

Russ: pressures.....

Kiri: and bring your legs closer together.

Russ: oh, good idea, they were pretty spread out.

Kiri: uh-huh. You were almost making a wedgy.

Russ: I almost took a diver down the wall.

Kiri: well, we won't take you up there just yet again because you're a chicken, you lack the guts.

Russ: oh come on, I did it a second time, didn't I?

Kiri: yeah, and you were shaking like a leaf.

Russ: well, yeah. That's because it's straight down but........

Kiri: it's not straight down.

Russ: well slightly. I'll have to do it again, don't worry, I'm......

Kiri: not yet, you're not ready.

Russ: I'm not scared of the wall.

Kiri: uh-huh.

Russ: I'm going to beat that thing.

Kiri: that's right, you've got to beat it. But not yet, we've got plenty of time.

Russ: all right.

Kiri: uh-huh.

Russ: I'll work on trees more.

Kiri: I'll teach you trees.

Russ: go down that middle section again but head into the trees this time instead of going straight down.

Kiri: hmm, I don't know, I don't know, they're pretty close together in patches.

Russ: we'll just have to get around the patchy part.

Kiri: yeah, I'll figure out a nice route where the trees are fairly spaced apart.

Russ: okay.

Kiri: uh-huh. And then you want to try gates against me?

Russ: yeah, I'll try gates against you.

Kiri: okay.

Russ: get a few laughs out of that.

Kiri: uh-huh.

Russ: so anyway, how do we get the Wookie friend of mine down here for when I do my class? I mean he did want to come down.

Kiri: yeah, I know. But he can't.

Russ: but he can't, I know.

Kiri: not unless you want to go out into the wilderness. Take your class out into the wilderness one day and.....

Russ: I'll do a private session with him if he could do that.

Kiri: but he's got to get clearance. I mean, yeah........

Russ: I know, it was a good idea.

Kiri: uh-huh.

Russ: and then I got yeah, looking forward to going over and seeing his place.

Kiri: uh-huh. That's a big honor you know.

Russ: is it?

Kiri: doesn't happen very often.

Russ: oh.

Kiri: Omal and Korton have to be invited over, they just can't wander over there.

Russ: oh, all right.

Kiri: it'll be a little bit stranger then you're use to.

Russ: why?

Kiri: I've only seen pictures. But the fact that everything is so big.

Russ: right. Well, if I get that solid again.....

Kiri: yeah.

Russ: I think I'll be able to truly appreciate the honor.

Kiri: uh-huh.

Russ: I mean my usual farsighting wouldn't be able to truly appreciate it that much.

Kiri: that's right.

Russ: so I'll wait till I can truly get in and appreciate that.

Kiri: what did you do to her to make her horny?

Russ: I didn't do anything to her, I think you did it.

Kiri: no, I'm on about your other mistress.

Russ: oh, Alana.

Kiri: uh-huh.

Russ: my solidity for one thing I would say. Well, we'll only get a chance this time.

Kiri: yeah, she was grabbing me.

Russ: she was grabbing you?

Kiri: uh-huh.

Russ: that's unusual.

Kiri: that is unusual.

Russ: wow. Well, also we went off and played with the dolphins for a while.

Kiri: ahhh.

Russ: you know how they get.

Kiri: yeah, you know how she gets when she's down by the dolphins.

Russ: right, so she might have been transmitting to the dolphins, the dolphins transmit it back, and she's found you.

Kiri: yeah, and she's.........you'll have to excuse me. Any more questions?

Russ: that's all I've got darling.

Kiri: okay.

Russ: keep this sort of short today.

Kiri: all right.

Russ: I'll see you on the slopes.

Kiri: yeah. I'm out of here.

Russ: bye.

(Tia is back as ring mistress)

Tia: Incy Wincy spider went climbing up......

Russ: hi Tia.

Tia: hey, what's happening?

Russ: playing with Joey.

Tia: ahhhh.

Russ: all right, I'm set for next.

Tia: okay.

Russ: all right love, see you in a few.

(Omal, the night's main speaker is next)

Omal: greetings Russ, and how are you functioning?

Russ: still in a little bit of shock that it actually worked.

Omal: of course it works.

Russ: of course it works. I was gonna say, but I mean until you actually see it for the first time you have your doubts.

Omal: never doubt.

Russ: I know that.

Omal: what does Korton say to you?

Russ: do or do not, there is no try.

Omal: perhaps you ought to change his name to Yoda?

Russ: Yoda.

Omal: okay, let us proceed.

Russ: okay, first off, start off with this class we got going.....

Omal: okay.

Russ: starting up here.

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: and I get to work as a teacher.

Omal: ahh, so you went from one teacher to another teacher?

Russ: yeah. Looking at some of the ways that I can present this class in the best way possible to get it across.

Omal: okay.

Russ: so I was thinking what I could do is work on an outline.....

Omal: okay.

Russ: for each week but not............now should I make it so it's a strict outline or should I kind of deviate or just as a rough outline?

Omal: a rough outline with flexibilities.

Russ: flexibilities.

Omal: because they tend to ask questions. You can think of a hundred questions.........

Russ: right.

Omal: and they will ask a hundred and one and a hundred and two and a hundred and three.

Russ: right. Well true, you've had a lot of experience with that.

Omal: yes.

Russ: okay. Now, thinking of ways to work out the outline and plan out the weeks and stuff.

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: I was thinking of going through the history of past life regressions......

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: the future of where it's going and the uses....

Omal: well future speculation.

Russ: right, future speculation of where it could go.

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: taken to its logical conclusions. Some of the problems......

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: some examples of other regressions I've done.

Omal: okay. Famous people that do channeling.

Russ: do channeling?

Omal: not channeling, regressions.

Russ: regressions, right.

Omal: famous people that have been regressed. You could look at the religious persecutions of regressions. People that have persecuted because of regressions. Regressions infringement on the present, on present life.

Russ: how come?

Omal: past life memory impinging on the present?

Russ: oh, I see.

Omal: uh-huh. Where somebody becomes confused and not quite sure where they are, or when they are rather.

Russ: right, or somebody feel like they're somebody else in a situation that's not that different.

Omal: correct. Definitely past religious effects but emphasizing more on the fact that it is not really a religious experience although it has always been the religious bound.

Russ: right. Now don't people sometimes take on a persona of their past lives in certain critical situations?

Omal: sometimes yes.

Russ: that would be something to talk about.

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: that might've happened. Like a famous general like Patton or something.

Omal: yes, he is about due to be reborn.

Russ: okay, well like yeah, he mentioned a lot about past lives. That's a good one......

Omal: yes, okay.

Russ: I'll use the scene from Patton......

Omal: correct.

Russ: as an example.

Omal: I believe a friend of yours has that on video. Perhaps you ought to tape the whole movie.

Russ: that's a good idea.

Omal: yes.

Russ: a real good idea.

Omal: uh-huh. And he is about due to be reborn.

Russ: but why would he be reborn now? He's a general. More war type of things going the opposite route to find out what it's like to be.........

Omal: possibly.

Russ: peace loving?

Omal: possibly. He could become a great political person in your future.

Russ: oh, that's true.

Omal: upright, outspoken, but yet very thoughtful and very religious.

Russ: oh, I see.

Omal: because you've got to remember he was a very religious individual.

Russ: okay. Now, then I'll go into the course and method but I'm also thinking that at some point here I'll need to go into what we're doing with you of course.......

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: and a lot of our information that we're getting.

Omal: it is getting back to Patton. Looking at his past lives.....

Russ: uh-huh.

Omal: it is possible.......

Russ: how about Alexander?

Omal: yes, it's possible that he could be coming back as another general or another great military leader.

Russ: right.

Omal: somebody that could save the people from possible folly of politicians.

Russ: hmmm, right. But someone who understands the concept of war......

Omal: yes.

Russ: and the horrors of it. I mean even he was one who said about the horrors of war, wasn't it?

Omal: yes.

Russ: right.

Omal: but sometimes it is necessary to have a benevolent dictator. Not a dictator like Joseph Stalin or Gen. Franco or.....

Russ: Fidel Castro.

Omal: not like that, but a benevolent dictator like Alexander the Great.

Russ: hmmm, was he a benevolent king?

Omal: no, he was more of a warrior, off fighting wars.

Russ: right.

Omal: but he was a dictator.

Russ: hmm.......

Omal: who else?

Russ: so were the Caesars.....

Omal: yes.

Russ: they were benevolent dictators.

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: I mean they definitely expanded the territory but at the same time they were very conscious of the people.....

Omal: correct.

Russ: and people's style of living.

Omal: Claudius.

Rest: ahhh, yes indeed.

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: not Nero.

Omal: no. Or King Leonedies.

Russ: hmm, yeah right.

Omal: loved his people tremendously to the point of actually laying down his life for his people.

Russ: King Arthur.

Omal: yes, King Arthur.

Russ: though he was more fictional but anyway, that historical example he set.....

Omal: yes, uh-huh.

Russ: is a good point.

Omal: okay, let us get back to your original subject which was....

Russ: going on back to talking about (?)...

Omal: yes.

Russ: and possibly they might show up for a channeling session.

Omal: okay.

Russ: because the person ..........one of them I talked to yesterday is very much into farsighting......

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: astral projection.

Omal: ahh, perhaps you ought to discuss this with Mark.

Russ: that's a good idea, he was interested in it. He does a lot of astral projection down here. So we'll be interested in hearing what else he's done.

Omal: okay......

Russ: I'm going to try to keep this mostly for the first few weeks in a way strictly on past life regressions....

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: and the course itself.

Omal: okay.

Russ: as things come up on where the information comes, I'll just leave it up to whatever happens.

Omal: yes, but set up a definite curriculum.

Russ: right.

Omal: uh-huh.

Russ: I'm going to try to follow that as closely as possible but at the same time they'll be a lot of doing working with regressions.

Omal: okay.

Russ: if you could monitor that.

Omal: we will do so.

Russ: thank you. My other question that I have is if at some point here in the future you'd like to contribute a statement for an article for the next newsletter?

Omal: not at this immediate point but sometime in the future certainly.

Russ: right, that's what I mean. Sometime if you want to think about something you want to talk about.

Omal: okay.

Russ: it will be placed in verbatim.

Omal: okay.

Russ: that's all I've have, I'm kind of leaving it short......

Omal: okay, you will have to remind me about it. I'll probably be able to think of something off the top of my cranium but at the moment I am pretty busy and there are certain things I have to do before I get frivolous with creativity on an article.

Russ: right. Well I am kind of thinking that at some point before this newsletter comes out, there might be maybe a world event or something going on down here.

Omal: yes, there is something that is going on.

Russ: great, and at that point when this comes out if it's a timely type of thing, and article might be useful to present that other opinion that might be necessary at that time.

Omal: okay.

Russ: okay.

Omal: unfortunately, Korton isn't here, otherwise he would be happy.

Russ: I almost came over to see you this morning.

Omal: I'm afraid I would not have been in.

Russ: ahh, well I was kind of getting pushed away from that because there's so much other stuff to experience up there so.......

Omal: okay....

Russ: I'll see you next time.

Omal: okay, have an enjoyable afternoon, hope everything goes satisfactory.

Russ: I hope so too.

Omal: "I'll be back". Be careful what you wish for, you might just get it.

Russ: okay.

(Tia is back once more)

Tia: next person.

Russ: okay.

Tia: something something something.

Russ: good luck.

(Alana is the night's guest speaker)

Russ: hey Alana.

Alana: I can see why my mother calls you Beanpole. Beanpole.

(Russ laughs at that)

Russ: yes.

Alana: well, that certainly brought the roof down, didn't it?

Russ: yes, it certainly did.

Alana: is this loud enough?

Russ: that is excellently loud.

Alana: and slow enough?

Russ: yes it is.

Alana: okay. Now, Kiri told me to say, slippery when wet?

Russ: when wet? Yes.

Alana: I think I understand. It is to do with with a certain function of the female anatomy when aroused.

Russ: absolutely. And even sometimes the male anatomy.

Alana: well, I've never had one so.....

Russ: well, you had one this morning.

(Russ laughs again)

Alana: figure of speech.

Russ: uh-huh.

Alana: I mean not being male.

Russ: right.

Alana: but yes, I did have fun.

Russ: that was fun. I can't wait to practice some more.

Alana: practice? We're going to bring the roof down.

Russ: absolutely.

Alana: mind you, that was a nice surprise for me.

Russ: well, it was a surprise for me too. It wasn't what I was expecting when waking up.....

Alana: uh-huh.

Russ: but I'm glad I was up to the challenge.

Alana: yes.

Russ: now I want to suggest that possibly next time though we have some music around.

Alana: what, Bolero?

Russ: we'll hold off on Bolero just yet, that will be for really bringing the house down.

Alana: should I be more quiet?

Russ: no way.

Alana: okay.

Russ: help yourself. But yes, I was glad to finally have.........to truly appreciate the experience.

Alana: uh-huh.

Russ: and you're very lovely.

Alana: yes.

Russ: now the dolphins I found were very.........communicative.

Alana: yes, the energy.

Russ: yeah. But, I wish I could've stayed longer.

Alana: well, next time. How about underwater?

Russ: all right.

Alana: I will get two oxygen masks.

Russ: ahhh, excellent.

Alana: uh-huh.

Russ: I was a little surprised with just how big that is.

Alana: it's not that big. We have where I used to live......

Russ: uh-huh.

Alana: we have one that is about three times the size.

Russ: good Lord.

Alana: and we have a much bigger species of dolphin.

Russ: oh really.

Alana: yeah, twice as big. Unfortunately, not as intelligent.

Russ: oh, they're more intelligent?

Alana: yes.

Russ: now when they were talking about the fact that they were communicating with the dolphins down here.....

Alana: yes.

Russ: that was an answer to the question I had from a couple sessions ago.

Alana: that is correct, I asked them.

Russ: oh, okay.

Alana: they chatted.

(Alana speaks some dolphin)

Russ: so their telepathy is very well developed then?

Alana: yes, but they cannot farsight. You may call it a long shout?

Russ: right. Kind of like a far shout. Instead of farsight, it's far shout.

Alana: yeah, go past is how you would describe it.

Russ: okay.

Alana: uh-huh.

Russ: okay, anyway.....

Alana: I was waiting for you to come back at the swimming pool.

Russ: oh.

Alana: yes, I had a (?)

Russ: ohh.

Alana: what was that, a (?)?

Russ: ahhh. Anyway, I was trying to get up there again, it just.......it's a point of getting out, going into sleep and coming out of it again, it's critical at the point where you come out to take control over the fact.

Alana: well, I don't know.

Russ: well, I mean it was an accident almost today that I've got to start working on plans to make it a purposeful........

Alana: one second please. Tia says that look at the accident and see what happened.

Russ: hmmm. I see, so follow the progression.

Alana: yes.

Russ: hmmm.

Alana: she has gone over to look at that monitors.

Russ: now then, any from the fact that this was one of those kind of accidents but glad it happened kind of things. Do you think possibly that....

Alana: I hope so, I hope so, yeah.

Russ: me too.

Alana: I hope so big time.

Russ: I'm gonna tell you the times I might not get a chance for a while more so make this one work.

Alana: I do hopefully hope so.

Russ: see, my problem was I was so anxious to get it done, I think I didn't relax enough.

Alana: what you certainly made my vision go funny. Almost neural fireworks.

Russ: well, that's all the practice we've been doing......

Alana: yes.

Russ: in my less than solid state.

Alana: uh-huh.

Russ: okay my love, that's all I've got for now.

Alana: okay.

Russ: but I'm going to keep working on it......

Alana: just a reminder, if you come up tonight, we will have (?).

Russ: okay, I'll work on it if you're not.

(Tia wraps things up)

(Tia says hi in Duronddunn)

Russ: hi Tia.

Tia: hey.

Russ: hey.

Tia: sorry, oh, you've got a tell problem. Can I have a look at that please? Okay. Yeah, what?

Russ: hmmm.

Tia: she broadcasted, didn't she?

Russ: uh-huh.

Tia: broadcasted big time.

Russ: I just want to go back up there.

Tia: well go on.

Russ: well I might give it a shot.

Tia: okay. She wants you madly. Because Kiri went off and Kiri said something about she needed to be (?).

Russ: well tell you what, tell Mark.....

Tia: uh-huh.

Russ: before he comes back that I won't be in the room. I'll be up working on getting up there.

Tia: okay.

Russ: practicing.

Tia: I'll try to but..........
