(Tia gets a shortened session off
to a start)
Russ: hi Tia. How's it going?
Tia: you sound very quiet, how's it going with you?
Russ: not sure.
Tia: tell auntie Tia all about it, what's happening?
Russ: if I tell you all about it, you will get in
worse trouble than Kiri ever got.
Tia: so it's to do with that book, huh?
Russ: uh-huh.
Tia: care to show me what it's about?
Russ: yeah. 1954, Edwards Air Force Base....
Tia: uh-huh.
Russ: Pres. Dwight D. Eisenhower United States
meeting with five different alien and craft. Three
saucer-shaped, two cigar shaped. Aliens looking
something like humans but not exactly.
Tia: what do you want me to say about......?

get down to business as this is only a 45 minute
session.
Russ: okay, how about details for stopping the inner
conversations.
Tia: okay. Just tell yourself to shut up.
Russ: let's try something easier, shall we?
Tia: uh-huh.
Russ: doesn't work that way.
Tia: okay, tell you what, you have a ticking device
above your bed, don't you?
Russ: yeah.
Tia: does it tick loud enough?
Russ: it would tick loud as heck if I put a battery
back in it.
Tia: have you got anything that makes your mind feel
floaty, music wise? Something that goes tick-tock,
tick tock, tick tock?
Russ: my clock does that.
Tia: well, put a battery back in.
Russ: I need to connect it.
Tia: well connect it then so that you can hear it.
You lie down on your semicircular bed.
Russ: fully circular.
Tia: okay. Fully circular bed for the fully circular
Russ......
(that gets Russ laughing)
Tia: and you listen to the tick tock, tick tock and
when you hear yourself start to go, "hmm, why aren't
I astral traveling?" Tell yourself to go, "shush"and
listen to the tick tock, tick tock.
Russ: all right, it's worth a shot.
Tia: okay, now I want you to try something.......
Russ: sure.
Tia: right? Let's knock this on the head for a
second so that we don't waste tape.
(The tape starts back up)
Russ: once the mind is freed up.....
Tia: uh-huh.
Russ: what gets it going? What gets it out of the
body? The will to do so?
Tia: you said just now that you were starting to
feel like you were floating.....
Russ: right.
Tia: you are almost up out of your body then,
weren't you?
Russ: yeah.
Tia: now, if you had been just listening to me
instead of having the internal dialogue switched on
whilst I was going tick talk, you would have
eventually floated up free out of your body and you
would have just floated. That's the first step. Now,
what we're going to do at the next channeling
session, right? Is we are going to teach astral
travel.
Russ: okay good because I'll be using it the next
day for class.
Tia: exactly. But for the channeling sessions with
your class that we're going to be teaching, I am
volunteering my time for your class when you have a
channeling session for them.
Russ: what channeling sessions for the class?
Tia: once a month.
Russ: oh, okay.
Tia: and if necessary, twice a month. So that we can
get them to astral travel.
Russ: well, a week from Wednesday.......
Tia: uh-huh.
Russ: we're supposed to meet out at the Stanford
Sierra Camp.
Tia: uh-huh.
Russ: why don't we just drive Mark out there?
Tia: okay, we can do it that way.
Russ: that way we can get out into the woods and
stuff and have a really nice cabin for us.
Tia: I wish I could be there in person to eat. That
something I want to try is experiment with Mark's
taste buds like Kiri can.
Russ: if you can come down and lock doors.....
Tia: that takes a lot of work. I can only hold it
briefly when I do that, I have to go back and rest.
Russ: right, right.
Tia: uh-huh.
Russ: but I mean it's a start, isn't it?
Tia: yeah, it's a beginning.
Russ: well? Isn't that something that in the future
could lead into something a little more
encompassing.
Tia: eventually. But normally with energy I can work
with.......
Russ: right.
Tia: like draining people's batteries. If it's
energy I can do it. With a electronical device for
stations for your entertainment, I can do that
because it's an electronical post. When I locked the
door it almost stood me on my posterior.
Russ: well now how can we arrange to have an energy
source for you down here to train on?
Tia: hmm, we have to think on something.
Russ: I can construct if you can come up with it.
Tia: okay but it's not as easy as making me go
solid. That doesn't work.
Russ: look, if I have to do it on fifth dimension
and Mark has to do it on fifth dimension, good
grief, if you can't figure out how to do it on third
dimension.
Tia: it's a heavier, denser......
Russ: you come from third dimension.
Tia: yes but they....
Russ: you've got an advantage already.
Tia: when they regenerated me or rejuvenated me or
rebuilt my body or whatever they did, right? They
made it so that it was fifth dimensional body.
Russ: right, but, you're changing from fifth to
third to materialize down here.
Tia: yeah, it's a heavier, denser dimension.
Russ: so it's gonna take more work.
Tia: uh-huh.
Russ: so? It's a lot harder for me than it is for
you.
Tia: it is a lot harder.
Russ: no it isn't because you're getting out of your
body and you have no consciousness of your body on
fifth dimension, right?
Tia: uh-huh.
Russ: okay, well I've got consciousness of my body
on third dimension and I'm trying to switch over to
fifth. Now I've got to figure out how to switch off
my body on third to get solid on fifth...
Tia: uh-huh.
Russ: well you've already got that down.
Tia: yeah, but.......
Russ: so you've already got a head start on me.
Tia: yeah, but it takes a lot of work because it's a
dense....
Russ: well of course it does, nothing's easy.
Tia: no.
Russ: right, well so practice.
(Tia chuckles)
Tia: I'll try.
(Russ laughs)
Russ: makes perfect, doesn't it?
Tia: okay, now more questions for me.
Russ: I'll hold off on questions for now.......
Tia: okay.
Russ: so I can get through all these things first.

Russ: there's just this glow, it's a maternal glow.

Russ: well how do I do a healing tape coming up
here?
Karra: we'll start working first on it on your next
channeling session.
Russ: with Rick?
Karra: yes.
Russ: okay.
Karra: uh-huh.
Russ: sounds good.
Karra: okay.
Russ: all right. How are you doing darling?
Karra: I'm doing excellent and how are you doing?
Russ: I know Kiri took them while I was asleep.
Karra: yes, I have a bone to pick with you about
that.
Russ: well I didn't know it was in your room, did I?
Karra: I told you.
Russ: no you didn't. Maybe when I was in my sleep or
something, you never told me when I visited.
Karra: when they were brought over here in.......I
think it was about July time.
Russ: must be hidden away in my subconscious.
Karra: yes, she rummaged around in there and pulled
it out.
Russ: so it wasn't my fault.
Karra: but you were thinking about them so it was
easy for her to deduce and coerce you.
Russ: well how did she get them in and out of the
room?
Karra: she has my access code. It's very simple. All
she did was that she came over, came in and asked
the computer to locate one pair of rollerblades and
described them. And as there is only one pair of
rollerblades in my apartment......let me rephrase
that.......was only one pair of rollerblades in my
apartment........
Russ: well you have a bone to pick with my brain. I
mean it's not like I have much control over it
sometimes.
Karra: you should never have brought up the subject
in the first place but one cannot cry over
spilt.......
Russ: broken arms. So, I'll help fix it up when she
breaks her next arm. Good healing practice on my
part I'd say.
Karra: yes.
Russ: I need practice that way.
Karra: yes.
Russ: right, we'll all going to get three get drunk
anyways.
Karra: she's not allowed to drink at the moment.
Well she can drink. She wants to not be drinking
while she's trying but she can drink while she's on
her menstrual period.
Russ: ahh.
Russ: so how do I get two bottles of Sirian claret
up there. I forgot about that part when I made the
bet?
Karra: you better talk to somebody you made the bet
with.
Russ: okay.
Karra: okay, you got some questions for me?
Russ: yes I do. How about manifestation in your
room?
Karra: uh-huh. About what?
Russ: well myself, preferably.
Karra: okay.
Russ: we'll work on claret later. And, working on
getting myself manifested. I'm going to do a little
work with Omal on this too.
Karra: okay.
Russ: see about my manifestation approach but being
as you're the only ones that gets to see me doing
this fine little trick, I want to get some ideas
from you on what I'm doing, how and doing it
wrong.....
Karra: desire.
Russ: desire?
Karra: uh-huh. Or I can cut my shorts shorter if you

Russ: that will get me going.
Karra: part of the desire.

Russ: but just seeing my kids is desire enough.

do for more control from your point of view?
Karra: you want more separation between physical
body and astral body.
Russ: okay, so I'm working on that with Tia......
Karra: uh-huh.
Russ: okay, so I've got to be able to do one and
then the other.
Karra: yes.
Russ: split off the internal dialogue.
Karra: shut off, not split it.
Russ: shut off, right.
Karra: uh-huh.
Russ: and then turn it back on again.....
Karra: once you are clear of your body.
Russ: once I'm clear of my body......
Karra: but take very small charge of it.
Karra: you have to take control and say, "okay, I am
coming to Karra's apartment, 221 B Baker
Street".....I know you like to watch that from time
to time.
Russ: yes I do. Okay, now my problem is that I'm
always concerned with what's going on with my body
down here.
Karra: uh-huh.
Russ: it's totally subconscious and
uncontrollable.......
Karra: don't think about your body. If you start
thinking about your body go, "no, that's not
important".
Russ: I know but I've gotten so used to being inside
of it for so long.
Karra: well get unused to it.
Russ: I hate to leave it alone all by itself.
Karra: it will work handy-dandy without you.
Russ: I just don't trust myself sometimes. I gotta
work on that.
Karra: trust yes, it's very big. It's one of your
biggest problems is that you don't trust yourself.
Russ: absolutely.
Karra: uh-huh.

Karra: uh-huh. Better come up tonight, otherwise
you're going to be out of luck.

session?
Karra: energy and chakra. I believe Rick has a very
limited knowledge on chakras.
Russ: okay.
Karra: draining energy from chakras and putting
energy into chakras.
Russ: okay. So start off with that then?
Karra: uh-huh.
Russ: okay, good.
Karra: maybe show some different techniques of
draining chakras.
Russ: okay.
Karra: fortunately, we didn't continue their use on
Carrie because they are quite energy draining.
Russ: ahhh.
Karra: uh-huh, it was my next line of work if she
didn't show any signs of improvement.
Russ: hmm.
Karra: but, as it happens, she has.
Russ: she's shown a lot of improvement.
Karra: uh-huh.
Russ: I'll need to work on the elixirs yet.
Karra: okay, that's.....
Russ: I will need a sunny day and those glass
things, sunny day would be preferable.
Karra: uh-huh.
Russ: this whole weekend was scrubbed it looks like.
Karra: yes. Scrubbed?

Karra: it was probably a combined effort.

Russ: why suppose I did sort of in an offhand kind
away.
Karra: they read you sometimes , they read me
sometimes.
Russ: ph yeah? So they read you too?

Karra: because I can't shut them out. As much as I
would want to, which I don't, I can't.

fifth dimension.
Tanaxa: your best bet would be to talk to the astral
traveler maybe, Tia.
Russ: yes, Tia. We're going to work on a tick-tock
method.
Tanaxa: a tick-tock method?
Russ: yeah, we're gonna put a clock and see if that
will get things......
Tanaxa: maybe a metronome?
Russ: right, yeah. Well the clock kind of acts like
that.
Tanaxa: uh-huh.
Russ: it kind of ticks at a sort of steady pace.
Tanaxa: ahh, I understand.
Russ: so I assume that's going to focus me into not
thinking about anything but the ticking......
Tanaxa: uh-huh.

end of the winter.

winning? Although that is nice.

worth the experience no matter what happened.

to contend in at least one race there.
Tanaxa: I do not ski.

good at it.
Tanaxa: my daughter would have been put to shame.

Tanaxa: but for enjoyment, not for competitiveness.
Russ: you never skied with her then since she was
born after you got out of your skiing years?
Tanaxa: I taught her when she was little.

was two and a half?

Tanaxa: yes. But I stopped when her mother passed
on.

Russ: problem with taking that long is that you
could break something after you go back into it if
you're not careful.

and all of a sudden you've broken something.
Tanaxa: you think third dimensionally.
Russ: right. Fifth dimension it wouldn't be like
that?
Tanaxa: no.
Russ: ahhh.
Tanaxa: you remember your last skiing experience.
Russ: yeah.
Tanaxa: you think about it, you dwell upon it, this
is before you ski.....
Russ: uh-huh.
Tanaxa: preferably two hours before. You close your
eyes, you remember yourself skiing. Visualize the
feelings, the emotions, how you move the skis and
your remember everything on how to ski.
Russ: ahh. Even after 25 years?
Tanaxa: yes. 25 years is but an eyeblink.
Russ: that's great.
Tanaxa: now, you have shortage on recording
material.
Russ: yes.

the Aquarius constellation.....

that the entire solar system passing through?
Carrie: it's the whole entire solar system.
Russ: so that's why it's called the age of Aquarius
because the whole solar system is passing through
the constellation.....

Russ: okay. Now according to a book I read, one in
25 souls cannot deal......well, only one out of 25
souls can deal with that changeover.

gives it it's light?

both because yeah, you've got the sun or the star
and the quasar draws off energy into it from the
sun.

Russ: well yeah, it's an exploded sun......
Kiri: uh-huh.
Russ: that's gone into a rotation pattern.
Kiri: they all rotate.
Russ: the sun doesn't.

Russ: okay, well it rotates real fast.
Kiri: yeah. It's got a very fast rotational rate and
emits radio sounds.
Russ: oh, that can be listened to.
Kiri: yes, as opposed to a pulsar which emits a
pulse of light. Well actually it's a long stream of
light and as it rotates, right? Rotates really fast
and you see this flash of light which is a pulse.
Russ: well according to this book of tosh, it says
that cloud covering around Arcturus.....
Kiri: uh-huh.
Russ: is substantial enough that it keeps the radio
waves from the quasar from burning people up there
in seconds. If it wasn't for the cloud cover, people
would just fry.
Kiri: it does have a high cloud........I think it's
about a 65% of the planet is covered by cloud at one
time.
Russ: hey, by the way......
Kiri: uh-huh.
Russ: if I'm not mistaken, this crystal here is just
another crystal. I don't know. I don't remember this
being there. Even I'm not perfect, but.....
Kiri: hmm, it's possible.
Russ: I've never really studied it, that crystal
itself but I don't remember seeing that before.
Kiri: what was it, Karra was using this at one time,
wasn't she? I bet this would make some strong
elixir.
Russ: yeah, get it inside a big enough bowl.
Kiri: it would be potent. Maybe you can.
Russ: I don't think so. It would take a big bowl to
immerse that puppy unless I left half of it out of
it.
Kiri: you've got a very big bowl.
Russ: yeah, but I've tried to soak that big before.
Kiri: not the glass bowl, you've got a big metal
one.
Russ: it's the same size as the glass one.

tomorrow a pair of books coming in to us....

second one being "We, the Arcturians".
Korton: uh-huh.
Russ: so, research starts tomorrow......
Korton: okay. We are expecting to have Ashtar
present for your next channeling session.
Russ: we should have plenty of questions by that

Russ: on the other front so far, they have not got
a site picked out just yet.
Korton: okay. I think they won't have one for a
little while, with luck.

Korton: uh-huh.
Russ: mentioned that when the Arcturians were in
her house talking to her, that she mentioned
Ashtar Command and they said that Ashtar asked for
help from them help for working on earth.
Korton: sounds like lines have been crossed
slightly.
Russ: they may be asking for help and it's going
to be about this new development.
Korton: okay, it was a mutual agreement. I was not
privy to the conversation between Ashtar and the
Arcturians but I believe that it was a mutual
agreement to help them to learn and develop to an
acceptable level. It seems that they have their
own idea on what they want to do.
Russ: now then, working through some theories I
have on exactly why this is all taking place at
this time with us involved.
Korton: uh-huh.
Russ: number one, that the Arcturians were
Atlanteans who built the pyramids back then.
Korton: unlikely. Yes, quite probably that there
is an Atlantean connection there but is unlikely
that they were responsible for building the
pyramids. It is more likely that they were
arriving on the scene later and saw the pyramids
work and wished to copy them.
Russ: hmm, okay. Now there is a number of
spaceships that are seen underwater around that
area.
Korton: uh-huh.
Russ: is it possible that that might some of their
ships?
Korton: quite possibly.
Russ: okay. We'e going through possible theories
on why they're there.
Korton: uh-huh.
Russ: one of them would be archaeology.
Korton: yes.
Russ: another one that went with how the pyramids
are acting like doors to different dimensions that
they're going through them.
Korton: that would be very foolish. Goes through
an uncontrolled dimension shift.
Russ: depends on how foolish the guys are.
Korton: true. Let's cover the questions that you
had. Okay, archaeology. It is more than likely
that that is where they're getting their
information on how to build this pyramid that they
wish to build in southern Colorado. By doing
research and archaeology, it would be feasible for
them to learn the basics to building pyramids
which would also mesh nicely with my previous
statement about them not being present when the
pyramids were built.
Russ: okay.
Korton: next point is covering things up, I
believe?
Russ: yeah.
Korton: probably uncovering and then recovering to
cover their tracks as it were. And finally using
the gateways. As I said, it is foolish to do so.
If they're doing so then they are wasting valuable
time and effort. Because an uncontrolled dimension
shift could put them anywhere.
Russ: it would seem that would they maybe have
something to do with opening it then?
Korton: as you know, Atlantis is a very sensitive
subject. Without a conference, we cannot disclose
that just yet. We will discuss it with others and
then we will come back and let you know. As you
are no doubt aware, we do have quite a intense
schedule of work at the moment.
Russ: okay. Now, you mentioned last week having a
titanium core inside copper to build the pyramid.
Korton: with the aid of other things.
Russ: right. How do you get titanium inside of the
copper tube?
Korton: quite simple. You would heat it up to an
intense heat and just before it starts to
solidify, you would pour it down the hollow
tubing.
Russ: oh.
Korton: quite logical. But you would have to chill
the copper to stop it from......yes. Because if
I'm correct, titanium has quite a high melting
point due to its strength.
Russ: what if it was powdered?
Korton: hmm, it wouldn't quite be as effective.
You may wish to try the titanium pour trick
sometime.
Russ: maybe on a small scale.
Korton: uh-huh. Combined with crystal blocks or
quartz blocks with an obsidian top, I believe that
that was discussed, it would have quite a
considerable effect. But you would also have to
coat the floor again with quartz blocks.
Russ: blocks, that would be like stones?
Korton: yes, like bricks.

told me to look for it when he arrived. Tia, when
she was traveling around earlier on today, heard
the channeler ask if it was all right if it was
left for me. Okay, here we go. There are these two
boys swimming in a river and Bill Clinton is
driving along the road and sees these two boys and
he says to his Press Secretary, "this would look
like a good publicity shot, I want to go for a
swim with the boys". So, he's out in the river
swimming around and he starts to suffer from
spasms of the muscle. And then he starts to
officiate, or drown I believe you would say
underwater. The two boys drag him to the shore and
save his life. Bill Clinton turns to the first boy
and says. "What would you like as a thank you for
sipping my life?" And the first boy goes, "I would
like to go to Harvard". And Bill Clinton says,
"okay, you will go to Harvard". He turns to the
second boy and goes, "what would you like?" And
the second boy thinks for a seconds and says, "I'd
like to be buried in Arlington military cemetery".
And Bill Clinton looks at him in the eyes and
says, it's "son, aren't you a bit young to think
about dying?" And the second boy replies, "when I
tell my father who I saved, he's going to kill

Omal: we get so much enjoyment listening to the
channeler and Russ argue over political ideals.
Russ: we do have some fun with it.

Russ: we haven't come to blows over it yet though.
Omal: okay, now, question and answer time.
Russ: okay.....
Omal: what is the square root of minus one?
Carrie: no, no, no.

Russ: I'll be a gentleman. Any questions for this

Russ: my question is concerning my discussion with
a crew member today.
Omal: uh-huh.
Russ: and one of those is on the bullshit that
occurred after the fall of Atlantis.
Omal: uh-huh.
Russ: okay, now then when that happened, I'm
wondering what worldwide cataclysmic effects would
have resulted from such a shift like that?
Omal: okay, there would be in certain areas and
increased level of water content. I.e., the oceans
would rise and in other areas there would be dry
patches. But because of the shift in the axis,
there would also be an increase in the water vapor
in the atmosphere which would effectively block
out any sunlight for a period of time creating a
winter, an extended winter maybe for several
years, or to put it simply, an ice age. After a
while, it would return back to its normal level.
Another thing that happened would be mass
extinction due to water sloshing around for want
of a better word. Species would become extinct on
a very large scale. Another effect that would
occur would be a winter drought where there is
lots of moisture but because the temperatures have
decreased, the growing season would be shortened
considerably which would force parts to adapt to
survive the environment.
Russ: well one thing I noticed is that the only
people who came out of that would have been Noah,
his wife and his sons and daughters.
Omal: and wives of his sons.
Russ: correct. Now, since I know that couldn't
have been the only survivors from that, what is it
that would have affected the rest of the human
population of the world? Obviously there would've
been mass extinctions of people too.
Omal: yes.
Russ: well wouldn't this have caused a change in
the human person.......
Omal: yes.
Russ: due to stress and stuff?
Omal: it also cleans the gene pool. The weak do
not survive. The incapable of looking after
themselves do not survive. Only the strong survive
in this so it is more of an advantage. It is a
necessary thinning of the population.
Russ: right. So at that point, our ancestors would
become far more survival instinct than before.
Omal: yes.
Russ: but my problem I have with this is that the
Atlantean colonies that had been established would
be all of a sudden be thrown into chaos. Would
that then cause for a let's say extinction of the
Atlantean colonies and then anybody after that
would be learning just from legends?
Omal: correct.
Russ: that would explain why there's no evidence
of Atlantean technology from back then?
Omal: that's right, because of the shift in the
axis, the water would have washed any trace away
and those that survived would have to restart all
over again.
Russ: right.
Omal: what had been built had taken many thousands
of years to build and so therefore the knowledge
would have lost. It would have to be passed on in
legends as you put it.
Russ: correct. And that would give rise to super
beings and stuff and those who did survive would
be of a far more ability compared to those who
didn't.
Omal: correct.
Russ: the people on the scene would have legends
of these great beings who did all these great
things but they were actually a minority of who
actually survived that axis shift.
Omal: correct. You see, most of the Atlantean
populated centers were in lowland areas and an
example probably one in a thousand would have
survived the shift.
Russ: right.
Omal: so in a population of a town of maybe
10,000, only ten people would have survived. And
because of the Atlantean difficulty in conception
on your planet, it would have meant that to
increase their population would have taken
considerable time. And because a hardier modern
man survived and populated more quickly, and the
resentment by these primitives, would endanger
these people that were trying to reestablish
themselves which would decrease the gene pool
again.
Russ: but wouldn't those survivors then naturally
join in with that gene pool automatically would
help their race survive?
Omal: either that or move to an area where it is
inaccessible for people of a lesser species, sorry
to say that but it's, you know.
Russ: right.
Omal: they would move to an area that would be
inaccessible. Legends would appear of places where
they have extraordinary capabilities.
Russ: Valhalla.
Omal: and Shangri-La.
Russ: Mount Olympus.
Omal: correct.
Russ: hmm. That fills in all those big gaps I had
in my history lessons that I can fit together.
Omal: uh-huh.
Russ: now I've got an idea, or at least a time
frame or timeline of what took place. God, I was
wondering.....
Omal: I wish you wouldn't use the term timelines
as I believe that was discussed a while back,
alternate fractures in the time fabric creating
different universes.....
Russ: oh yeah, yeah, yeah, that's the
alternatives.
Omal: uh-huh.

elaborate further?
Russ: right now? I'd love it.
Omal: okay. Now there are several possibilities to
expand upon. Which would you wish me to expand
upon?
Russ: would be the technology that would be an
offshoot of this time shift, I mean this pole
shift.
Omal: okay, well.....
Russ: what could survive?
Omal: very little actually as the water would have
washed away a considerable amount. What possibly
would have survived would have been oral
tradition. How to manifest, it would have been
passed on probably into common circulation with
various priesthoods. For example, the Druids.
Russ: all right.
Omal: and they would pass it on down through oral
tradition and explain how to do things but it
would be explained in a very obtuse way. But it
would be held only by a few. How to focus the mind
on an object and create fire. But unfortunately it
would also........because it would be passed on to
a few, it would become more of a religion than a
science. But there again one man's religion is
another man's science.
Russ: okay. Now what about those existing
technological works from an earlier age? For
example, the great pyramid.
Omal: yes?
Russ: wouldn't a pole shift have a great deal of
influence upon that?
Omal: if it had been constructed with poor
craftsmanship it would've damaged it, but because
it was constructed extremely well, the damage was
minimal......
Russ: I see.
Omal: and left it basically intact.
Russ: okay. Other things like Stonehenge......
Omal: uh-huh.
Russ: that would account for a lot of destruction
that happened with that.
Omal: no, Stonehenge was at a later time.
Russ: oh, that's right. Okay, so modern man was
the result of that destruction.
Omal: yes.
Russ: okay. Now then, what about astral projection
and farsighting?
Omal: farsighting, yes. That would've survived
again in an oral tradition. Without anything to
augment the capability, it would dissipate
temporarily and be suppressed to seeing what your
neighbor is doing in a barbaric environment until
finally it is thought upon and discovered that
farsighting can be used for much more than just
spying on the person in the next village. So by
learning from this, farsighting can be expanded to
see what is going on in the next country, the next
continent, and so on.
Russ: uh-huh. But in legends, you see no real
signs of that. You see things like fortunetellers
and oracles.
Omal: yes it is mentioned.
Russ: oh, it is mentioned?
Omal: yes. In the stories of ancient Greece, they
talk about viewing from a great distance and, "the
seer did say this that he saw a city of white
stone on a hill". Or in Chinese mythology, "the
Monkey King could see for many miles". It is a
matter of interpreting the words.
Russ: okay.
Omal: Native American culture, "he could turn into
an eagle and fly a great distance and see many
things". Doesn't mean to say that he was actually
visible as an eagle but he thought that he was an
eagle. So it is a matter of interpreting correctly
what is stated in the writings or the translations
of the language that the writings are taken from.
Russ: okay. Now, with the blending of the two
cultures, the survivors of the bullshit adding
into the gene pool of those who were indigenous,
you would see those same traits passed along.
Omal: correct.
Russ: so you would get a hardier, warlike being
but with some sense of intuition.
Omal: yes.
Russ: that's when you would get your great
generals from.
Omal: uh-huh.
Russ: would be like Alexander the Great would have
intuition of battles.
Omal: correct.
Russ: I see.

the mental prep space, okay? To get your energy
levels up because one is related to the other. And
you're nice and focused on the tasks ahead and
your desired path that you have chosen to take.

you to go to relax and to help yourself heal?

Karra: now, how well do you know the human
anatomy?

problems are, right?

Karra: right. First of all, we're going to work on
energy. Filling in energy to help you heal, okay?
Now, what I want you to do is you have your eyes
closed, right? Close your eyes and start from ten
and count down.
Carrie: ten, nine, eight, seven, six, five, four,
three, two, one.
Karra: now, feel all the energy around you. Every
bit of energy radiating from the felines, Russ,
myself, the channeler, all that energy surrounding
you. Now, imagine it condensing into a ball in
front of you. A ball of light and love. It's
brighter and brighter and brighter. It gets bigger
and bigger and bigger. Now, see a very thin beam
come from that big ball of energy straight at you.
You suck all of that energy out of that ball, suck
it all into yourself, every bit of it till it
totally disappears. When it disappears, tell me.
Okay, now feel all that energy running through
your body, right? Okay, now select an area that
you wish to start healing, okay? Now, open all
your chakras, right? From the very base chakra to
the crown chakra. We want you to send the energy
out of the crown chakra in a big loop to the base
chakra and then all the way up through all of the
chakras, okay? It will get faster and faster. It's
a little bit like a negative feedback loop, okay?
Now, when it gets very, very fast, almost a
continuous stream of energy going in a big loop
from your crown chakra to your base chakra and up
through your chakras. I want you to direct it to
the selected area you wish to heal. And you'll
feel that area getting warmer and warmer. It won't
get hot, it will just get warm, nice and warm,
okay? Tell me when it starts to warm up.
Carrie: it is.
Karra: okay. Now visualize that area, right? And
visualize it going from a gray to a nice reddy
purply in color. Nice and slowly. Okay, is it a
nice reddy purply?
Just a little bit longer until it's nice reddy and purply
in color. Right. Now, I want you to count from 10
down to one again.
Carrie: 10, nine, eight, seven, six, five, four,
three, one.
Karra: okay, now we're going to have to repeat
this or rather you are going to have to repeat
this. Not on a daily basis but whenever you feel
that it is necessary to work on this. Now what we
also suggest is before you settle down to help to
heal the selected area, that you visualize your
garden place. The place of the nice field with the
beautiful, warm sun and the dandelions and the
other nice plants there. And then you visualize
the big energy ball. Collect all the energy in,
visualize it going into a big ball in front of you
and sucking that energy in till it fills your body
up from top to bottom. From the tip to your toes
to the very roots of your hair, okay? And then
focusing the energy and then doing the loop from
crown chakra to the base chakra, all the way up
through the other chakras, going around and around
until it gets to an almost continuous stream and
then directing the energy at the selected area.
Very simple, okay? And you have to think very
carefully because when you tailor a healing
program, you have to tailor it for the individual.
Like for Russ I'd make it slightly different. I
would increase heat and energy around the affected
area but is different from person to person. Do
you have questions?
Carrie: okay, I've got all that on my mind, I
can't think of them now.

Russ: so anyway, I'll be working on doing some
silkscreen designs that I have and so any
assistance you wish to lend.

Karra: yes, we know the channeler does also. It's

indulge in that nicotine. It's not the nicotine
that's the problem, it's what they put in them.
Carrie: do you mind if I do one?
Karra: no, I don't mind, I'm just saying that it
doesn't affect me up here. Carry on Russ.
Russ: anyway, I was thinking on the life form
inside of you and kind of transferring it into me?
Karra: hmm, yes. Ahh, but you cannot honestly know
how I feel.

Russ: oh, I told Bethany.
Carrie: you told Bethany and you didn't tell me?

Carrie: here I am, waiting for him to tell me if
you are or not and he doesn't.
Russ: I thought I did.

Karra: well, it seems like little sis is
interested.
